CEO/Founder Landian
Austin Yavorsky is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Landian metaverse and a serial entrepreneur. At 15 years old, his first startup was an IT company. Over the next three decades he’s served as founder, CEO, CTO, CIO, advisor, investor, and worked directly with governments, the Vatican, and Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in blockchain technology, SDGs, and regulatory compliance for future technologies, agriculture, sustainable energy, and gaming. He also serves as a Diplomatic Peace Mediator and Mediator Judge of Peace for the United Nations.


Executive Producer
Dallas Santana is the marketing guru for the Coming Home Project. He has led an impressive career as a creator and an executive producer for music, sports, and television, co-producing concerts by artists and music specials during Grammy Awards Week and the Golden Globe, with hundreds of programs airing on Fox Sports, Viacom, SKY TV (UK), and major US networks and streaming channels. The former NASCAR race-team marketing executive has also overseen campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Disney, MGM and Hard Rock Hotels, Microsoft, and Samsung. Indy Racing, NFL, NBA, and the UFC and the Olympics.


CEO/Co-Founder, Renewable Profit
Dylan Spartz is Co-CEO of Renewable Profit. An entrepreneur by the age of ten, he co-founded and its spinoff Mugglecast, a #1 iTunes podcast and NYT bestselling non-fiction novel. He served as Creative Director at, Head of Product and International BizDev at, and developed an impact focused regenerative supply chain-driven initiative designed to carbon balance the planet within our lifetime.


Team Liaison/Founder
Jeffrey Daubney is the team liaison to Pepe Soho, ensuring proper direction and a cohesive message. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Justice from State University of New York at Oswego. A globetrotter with a passion for sports, he is also a serial entrepreneur in Wellness, Fitness, and Cannabis. Daubney is described as the glue that bonds artists with partners, and projects with assets. The same can be said of the Coming Home Project. He and Marcus Dantus met on the set of Shark Tank, and when Dantus later expressed his desire to NFT Pepe Soho’s art, it was Daubney who set the collaborative wheels in motion.

CTO Life Counter Studios
Daniel Vergara is Director of Technology at Life Counter Studios and Technology Advisor for the Landian Metaverse. A game development enthusiast and creative artist for multiple expressions, he has nearly a decade of art, video game design, and development experience focused on mobile VR and PC devices, Indie development, and pixel art. Vergara has worked in various industry trade positions, with leadership experience in managing and developing, both independently and as part of a team.


Community Director
Carlos Amador is Community Director, where he is responsible for communications, engagement, and coaching investors on projects. He founded and managed two flagship cryptocurrency online gaming platforms, 4Grinz and Bitcoin Casino. Since 1997, he has served various positions at gambling and entertainment companies, amassing an impressive list of contacts and resources. He takes a unique approach to customer relations, and specializes customer relations, and blockchain. Amador is a fitness enthusiast with a passion for cryptocurrencies, NFTs, the metaverse, and trading.


Project Manager
Lisa W. Petersen is Copywriter and Project Manager for the Coming Home Project. She specializes in technical writing, PR, US politics, Bitcoin, gaming, and SEO. As CEO of GreasieWheels for 20 years, she was the first to develop and coordinate licensed celebrity/pro poker fundraisers for the Average Joe. A former military Paralegal Specialist, Petersen transcribed for the German government during the Single European Act and European Union formation. She also held various marketing management positions at TWA, Pan Am, United Airlines, Daimler Benz, and Audi.

Entrepreneur Shark Tank
Best known for his role on Shark Tank Mexico, Marcus Dantus is the Godfather of the Coming Home NFT Project. He is also an award-winning serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and professor at IPADE, Mexico. Dantus graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communications and received two honorary PhDs in philosophy and human rights. He currently heads Startup Mexico, founded the Disruptive Business Academy, and is an advisor for 70+ companies and NGOs. Dantus remains committed to promoting Mexico’s entrepreneurship and innovation.


CEO Horus Group
Hector Romero Sanchez is CEO of Horus Group and founder of Romero Group, supporting Mexican entrepreneurs for 30+ companies. A diversified businessman, he specializes in Security, Economy, Construction, Weapons, Entertainment, Art, and Technology in Mexico. Posturing himself to become Mexico’s next business shark, his aspires to support fellow entrepreneurs, the environment, and strengthen family security. Romero Sanchez currently works with entrepreneurs and artisans in product creation and new sales opportunities.


IR Equator Capital
Aviv Siso has is an investment professional at Equator Capital Management. He also plays integral roles at various New York City brokerage firms. His primary role is managing investor relations related to sourcing LP investment capital. His efforts have resulted in diverse private client relationships in the United States, Israel, and Europe. Aviv Siso earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at the University of London, and passed the New York State bar in 2004. He is fluent in French, Dutch, Hebrew, and English.


COO StartupMexico
Jose Manuel Serrano is co-founder and COO of StartupMexico, the country’s first innovation campus for entrepreneurs, and responsible for the Technology Transfer and Competitive Intelligence Laboratory business units. With a portfolio of 30 technological marketing projects at CINFESTAV, he specializes in digital marketing strategies for entrepreneurs and new businesses. Serrano received his Master's Degree in Policy and Management of Technological Change from the National Polytechnic Institute. He is an Economist from the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo, and chairs the National Technology and Innovation Award.
